Acknowledge an alarm

Here's how to acknowledge an alarm that has been triggered

When you acknowledge the alarm, you indicate that it has been viewed and addressed. You can do this either from the overview or from the history.

Here’s how to do it from the overview

  1. Go to Menu and select Alarms.

  2. Find the alarm you want to acknowledge.

  3. Acknowledge the alarm.

When you acknowledge an alarm from the overview, you acknowledge all events under the selected alarm.

Acknowledge from the history

  1. Go to Menu and select Alarms.

  2. Open the history for the alarm.

  3. Find the event you want to acknowledge.

  4. Acknowledge the event.

When you acknowledge from the history, you are only acknowledging the selected event.
