Here's how to do it

  1. Go to Settings and select Calendar Settings.

  2. Click Import to open the import dialog.

  3. Click Download Template.

  4. Open the template in Excel.

  5. Fill in the calendar entries in the “Calendarprocesses” sheet.

  6. Select the updated template in the import dialog.

  7. Check the “Update existing” box if you want to update calendar events that already exist. The events are matched by name. If this box is unchecked, they will be skipped.

  8. Click Import. Rows that were skipped are displayed in the dialog along with the reason.
