A passkey is a login stored on your device. You sign in using Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or a security key, and you don't have to type a password.
Here’s how to add a passkey
Click your initials in the top-right corner and select Account Settings.
Go to Two-Factor Authentication in the side menu.
Tap Add Passkey on the Passkeys card.
Follow the steps on your device, such as using your fingerprint or face.
The passkey is often synced to your other devices, such as through iCloud Keychain or Google Password Manager. You’ll receive an email every time a new passkey is added to your account.
How to sign in
Tap “Sign in with passkey” on the sign-in page and confirm on your device.
Passkeys and Two-Factor Authentication
A passkey alone does not meet the requirements for buildings that require two-factor authentication. If you also have an authentication app linked to your account, you can sign in with a passkey without entering a one-time code, and you’ll gain access to all your buildings.

Delete a passkey
The “Passkeys” tab shows when each passkey was added and last used. Tap the trash can icon next to a passkey to delete it—for example, if you’ve lost your device.
