Grant users access to specific views

Select which views a user should have access to in a building.

Here's how to do it

  1. Go to Menu and select Users.

  2. Find the user you want to edit.

  3. Click the icon in the Views column, or select Choose Views from the menu under Action.

  4. Select which views the user should have access to.

  5. Click Update to save.

Only users with the Installer role automatically gain access to all views in the building, including views added later. All other roles are assigned no views when they are invited. Select views for them immediately after inviting them; otherwise, they won’t see anything in the building.
