Invite new users to a building and assign them the appropriate role. The role applies only to the selected building, so a user can have different roles in different buildings.

Overview of Users in the Building

Here’s how to do it

  1. Go to Menu and select Users.

  2. Click Invite New Users.

  3. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.

  4. Select the role you want to assign to the user.

  5. Send the invitation.

Invite users

The role you select applies only to the building you’re inviting the user to. For example, a user can be a superuser in one building and an observer in another.

After you’ve sent the invitation

The user will receive an email with the invitation and can sign up from there.
Sign-up can be done with a username and password or with Microsoft.
If the email address already exists in the master system, the user will be added automatically.
