The Easee app lets you connect to the Easee Portal. With it, you can retrieve data from your charging stations and monitor charging activity.

Get started

1. Go to Configuration Applications

2. Click "Add new app".

3. Fill in the required fields for the app.

The following fields must be filled in:

  • Name and description
Enter a name for the application and add a description if desired.
  • Gateway
Select the Gateway for the data points to be used.
  • Username
    Enter your Easee Portal username.
  • Password
Enter your password for Easee Portal.
  • Data Points
Select the data points you want to write data to. We recommend that you create a "virtual data point" with the "Data Store" type
  • Device
Find the Charger ID by navigating to the "Products" page in Easee Portal and copy the ID of the charger you want to retrieve data from.

    Example: EC123456W.
  • Type
Select the type of data you want to retrieve from the Easee Portal.
  • Consumption – Cumulative energy consumption over the charger’s lifetime (kWh). (Value)
  • Active power – Total active power consumed (kW). (Value)
  • Hourly Consumption – Cumulative energy consumption per hour (kWh). (Value)
  • Session consumption – Cumulative energy consumption for the current charging session (kWh). (Value)
  • Voltage – Input voltage (V). (Value)
  • Online? – Indicates whether the charger is connected to the cloud. (Boolean)
  • Operation mode – Current operation mode of the charger. (Value)
    • 0: Disconnected
    • 1: No vehicle connected
    • 2: Waiting to start
    • 3: Charging
    • 4: Complete
    • 5: Error
    • 6: Ready to charge
    • 7: Waiting for authentication
    • 8: De-authenticating
  • Current draw T2 – Current at terminal T2 (A). (Value)
  • Current draw T3 – Current at terminal T3 (A). (Value)
  • Current draw T4 – Current at terminal T4 (A). (Value)
  • Current draw T5 – Current at terminal T5 (A). (Value)
  • Output current – Maximum current the charger can supply to the vehicle (A). (Value)
  • Voltage T1-T2 – Voltage between terminals T1 and T2 (V). (Value)
  • Voltage T1-T3 – Voltage between terminals T1 and T3 (V). (Value)
  • Voltage T1-T4 – Voltage between terminals T1 and T4 (V). (Value)
  • Voltage T1-T5 – Voltage between terminals T1 and T5 (V). (Value)
  • Voltage T2-T3 – Voltage between terminals T2 and T3 (V). (Value)
  • Voltage T2-T4 – Voltage between terminals T2 and T4 (V). (Value)
  • Voltage T2-T5 – Voltage between terminals T2 and T5 (V). (Value)
  • Voltage T3-T4 – Voltage between terminals T3 and T4 (V). (Value)
  • Voltage T3-T5 – Voltage between terminals T3 and T5 (V). (Value)
  • Voltage T4-T5 – Voltage between terminals T4 and T5 (V). (Value)
  • Error code – Code describing any errors or why the charger is offline. (Value)

Finish with Create

Finish the process by clicking "Create." The gateway will then retrieve data every 15 minutes and store it in the selected data points.
