News and Improvements

Evolo top system is updated. Meet our new mascot—who will continue to feature in our marketing of the Top System to end customers to help bring more projects into your portfolio. Here are some of the new features in the Top System.

Customers

In the installer portal, you can now manage a larger group of your customers, such as a major customer with multiple facilities and users. You can also invite super users from the customer’s side, who can manage access themselves.

• Installer
  Members of your organization have access to all facilities.
• Customer
  Members of a major customer, e.g., a municipality with multiple facilities and user levels.
• User table for the facility
  Management of directly related users, e.g., tenants or contracted personnel.

Event log

The event log records all changes to the facility, configuration, who changed values, and any error messages from the Gateway. Use this during troubleshooting or to ensure that communication is working properly.

Applications (beta)

We have launched several applications that you can use as part of your building management.

• Integration with Yr.no to retrieve weather data
  Makes the weather forecast available at the zone level so you can control, for example, heating cables based on it.
• Astrour
  Provides a signal to control, for example, outdoor lighting based on time and GPS coordinates.
• Clock synchronization
  Keep a data point updated with the clock so you can keep local devices synchronized.
• Forward data point
  Write data from one data point to another.

General improvements

• Weekly and monthly resolution is now available in Energy Monitoring.
• In the overview and map of the facilities, new alarms will load automatically.
• Add the ability to sort panels in the view builder.
• Added the ability to sort menus in view setup.
• When creating a view, click the arrow next to the "Add View" button to create one from a template.
• Added an extra field for alarms, which you can use to describe them further.
• You can now choose whether two-factor authentication is required to open a facility.
