Reporting
Create reports containing information such as energy consumption, indoor climate, occupancy, or emergency lighting in the building
- How to Use ReportingView an overview of the reports generated for the selected building in Evolo.
- Energy ReportThe energy report shows consumption per energy meter, weighted by floor area, along with comparisons, energy costs, and CO₂ footprints. You can choose which energy meters to include.
- Indoor Air Quality ReportThe indoor climate report displays temperature, CO₂, and humidity by room. The rooms are automatically retrieved from the building: all rooms that have components with the correct measurement type.
- Alarm ReportThe alarm report summarizes the alarm activity during the period: triggered alarms by priority, which alarms occur most frequently, time to acknowledgment and resolution, and trends compared to the previous period.
- Operations ReportThe operations report consolidates data from the entire building into a single report: energy consumption, indoor climate in the rooms, and alarm activity for the period—all in one place. It serves as a useful periodic summary.
- Attendance ReportThe occupancy report shows how much the rooms are used: utilization per room, available offices per day, and usage by the hour.
- Impact ReportThe power report shows the peak power consumption for purchased electricity: the highest hourly consumption per meter along with the time, the daily maximum, and the basis for the power component of the grid fee.
- Water ReportThe water report shows water consumption, usage patterns, and submeters, along with a leak analysis based on baseline flow: days when the water never stops flowing reveal leaks before the bill does.
- Emergency Lighting ReportThe emergency lighting report documents the status and fault history of the emergency lighting fixtures: who reports faults at the end of the period, fault incidents during the period, and hours of downtime.
- Logged data pointsA custom report where you select the logged data points yourself. This is useful when you want to track the specific measurements you're interested in, all in a single report with a graph and a table.
- Analysis ToolsThe analysis tool in Evolo lets you select data points, customize the view, and generate reports in PDF or Excel format.
